Repipe · PEX specialists

Full repipe, done right.
No half-measures.

If your pipes are failing, patching is throwing good money after bad. Repipe once, properly, with PEX and a written warranty.

01

Polybutylene Pipes

Common in 1980s-90s Southern Utah homes. Known to fail without warning. If you have polybutylene, full repipe is the only real solution.

02

Galvanized Pipes

Older homes (pre-1970s mostly). Rust restricts flow, water tastes metallic, eventually pinhole leaks everywhere. Repipe is the long-term fix.

03

Recurring Leaks

Patching the third leak this year? Pipes are telling you they're done. Math usually favors full repipe vs. continuing repair-by-repair.

04

Low Water Pressure

Mineral scale buildup inside old pipes restricts flow. Sometimes a partial repipe fixes it; sometimes whole-home is the answer. We'll diagnose honestly.

05

Discolored Water

Brown, yellow, or rusty water means pipe corrosion. Annoying at minimum, problematic for laundry and water-using appliances long-term.

06

Selling Your House

Inspector flagged old plumbing? Repipe before listing usually pays back in faster sale and fewer negotiation issues. We can prioritize and quote fast.

How a Five Star repipe runs

How it actually goes.

No mystery, no four-hour windows, no surprise charges at the end.

01

On-Site Assessment

Plumber walks the house, identifies pipe material and age, checks fixtures, plans the routing. Quote written same visit when possible.

02

Repipe Day(s)

Most repipes done in 2-3 days. New PEX run through walls, ceiling, attic. We minimize the drywall opening — typically 6-12 small access holes vs. ripping out entire walls.

03

Drywall & Cleanup

Drywall patches included in the quote. Texture-matched, primed, ready to paint. Old pipes hauled away, work area cleaned.

Common questions

Straight answers, no fluff.

These are the questions our techs actually get asked on the phone every day.

How much does a whole-home repipe cost?
Average 2,000-2,500 sq ft home: $7,500-$12,000 fully installed including drywall patching. Larger homes or complex layouts: $11,000-$18,000. Quote in writing before any work, no surprises.
How long does it take?
Most homes: 2-3 days. Larger or more complex: 3-4 days. We work efficiently to minimize disruption — usually water is off only a few hours per day, not the whole project.
Will I have to move out?
Almost never. We work in sections, minimize water-off time, and most families stay in the house. We'll discuss specifics during the assessment.
Why PEX instead of copper?
PEX is more flexible (fewer joints = fewer failure points), resistant to scale and corrosion, faster to install, and cheaper. Copper is still fine for some applications, but PEX is the modern standard for whole-home repipes.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — GoodLeap. Same-as-cash promo periods or fixed-rate plans. Repipes are a perfect financing candidate because the alternative (recurring leak repairs) usually costs more long-term.
